You can find us at House No 124 in Harijan Mohalla. It’s right near Motanim in Sihol, Palwal. It’s not the kind of place you’d expect to find a tech company, but we like it here. It’s our local area. Bala Infotech Solution is basically a few of us who grew up around here and decided to set something up in the village. We work out of a room in the house that we converted into an office. It’s got everything we need, though the power cuts in Palwal can be a bit of a problem during the summer months. We have a backup, but it still makes things interesting. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, except for the usual street sounds and people walking by. We don't have a corporate lobby or a HR department. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting in plastic chairs around a couple of desks. We handle all sorts of info tech stuff for people who need it. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We know most of the people on this street, so it feels very personal. We aren't trying to be some big global firm. We just want to provide decent solutions from our own corner of Sihol. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but we keep the computers clean and just keep working through the day’s list of things to do and make sure we finish everything.
