Shri Navkar Food Product

It gets quite warm in Jodhpuria Baas during the summer but we are usually here by seven in the morning to start things at Shri Navkar Food Product. There isn't much to say about us except that we work with food and it’s a lot of manual labor. Most of the time is spent weighing things out or checking the bags. The space is a bit cramped because of all the stock we have to keep but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation, so we don't have any fancy machines or a big office. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the door, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We see the same people from the neighborhood every day and they know how we operate. If a shipment is late, we just have to wait around. It’s not a very quiet place since there is always something being moved or someone talking. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can but sometimes there is a wait. That is just how it goes when you're running a food business in this part of town. We don't really do much advertising; people just know we are here on the corner. It's a simple life, just making sure the products are ready and the customers get what they came for. We stay open until the evening most days.
