Shri Ambey Maa Kirana Stores is situated along Ranakpur Ranakpur Road. We see a lot of people passing through on their way to the temples or just traveling between towns. The shop is a mix of everyday groceries and things that travelers might need quickly. We spend our time restocking the biscuits and making sure the cold drinks are actually cold. Being on Ranakpur Road means the dust from the street sometimes drifts in, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a family-run kind of place, nothing corporate about it at all. We just open up early in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. We don't have any big slogans or missions; we just want to make sure the locals can get their salt and oil without having to go too far. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when it’s quiet and watch the traffic go by. It’s a steady life and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the road. People know they can stop here and get a fair deal. We don’t overcomplicate things. We just run the shop, talk to the customers, and head home at the end of the day.
