Shree Ram Computer

Our shop sits right on the Falna Sanderao Road, which sees a lot of traffic during the day. It is a small place but we manage to fit a lot into it. Most of the space is taken up by computer sets, printers, and boxes of paper. We do a bit of everything here, from fixing broken laptops to helping people print out their documents or type up letters. It’s not always the neatest place, as there are usually cables and tools scattered across the workbenches. We’ve been here for several years, so many of the local residents and shopkeepers know us well. There are a couple of benches for people to sit on while they wait for their work to be done. In the summer, it gets quite warm inside, but we keep the ceiling fans going to stay comfortable. We don't have a big marketing plan; we just open the shutters in the morning and wait for people to come in with their tech problems. Sometimes a repair is simple and takes ten minutes, other times we have to keep a machine for a few days to figure out what’s wrong. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and clicking away on keyboards. The noise from the trucks on the road is constant, but it’s just part of the atmosphere here. We just try to keep the equipment running and help out anyone who walks through the door with a computer issue.
