Sarda Gums & Chemicals

Sarda Gums & Chemicals is a place where we deal with exactly what’s on the sign. We handle various types of gums and chemical products that go into all sorts of industries. It’s the kind of business where you get your hands a little dirty sometimes. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower. Our space is more of a working warehouse and office combined. You can usually smell the different materials we’re working with as soon as you walk in. It’s a very practical environment. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or decor. Most of our budget goes into the stock and making sure we have what the customers need. The staff here has been around for years. We know the regulars by their first names and they know they can just walk in and ask for what they need. It’s a bit old-school in that way. We still use ledgers for some things because it’s just easier than trusting a computer for everything. The workday is filled with loading, unloading, and checking the quality of the gums we receive. It’s steady, repetitive work but it’s what we know. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local supplier doing our part to keep other businesses running with the materials they require for their own production. It isn't always exciting, but it is necessary work that we take pride in doing properly every day.
