Rathi Telelink

Rathi Telelink is our small operation based in Sojat City. It’s a modest setup where we handle various telephone and link services. Since we are in a smaller city, things don't move as fast as in the big metros, which we actually quite like. Our office is simple, with a couple of chairs and a desk where we keep the main computer and the logbooks. We spend a lot of time talking to locals who come in with questions about their connections or bills. It’s a friendly place, and often a five-minute job turns into a twenty-minute conversation about family or the local harvest. The walls are painted a plain color, and we have a few calendars hanging up to keep track of the dates. We don't have a big staff, just us making sure the lines stay clear and the customers are happy. Sometimes when it’s really hot outside, we just sit near the cooler and wait for the next person to walk through the door. We’ve been in Sojat City for a while now, and everyone knows us as the place to go when the phone acts up or when someone needs a new connection set up. It’s not a high-pressure environment, just a steady day-to-day business where we know everyone who comes in. We take things as they come and try to be helpful whenever we can. It’s just how we do things here, day after day, year after year.
