Parmeshwar Grah Udyog

We are based in Sojat City and we run a small cottage-style setup here. Parmeshwar Grah Udyog is really just a small group of us working on local goods. We don’t have a large factory or anything like that. Most of what we do is done by hand, the old-fashioned way. It keeps us busy from morning until evening. The space is a bit cramped with all the raw materials and finished items waiting to go out to the customers. We’ve stayed in Sojat because it’s where we belong and where we know the people. Life here moves at its own pace, and we try to match that. We aren't trying to become some massive corporation; we just want to keep making things that people in the area can use every day. Some days are slower than others, especially when the festivals are on and everyone is busy. We spend a lot of time just talking to neighbors who drop by to see what we’re up to. It’s a very informal environment. We don’t wear uniforms or have strict office hours. If the work needs doing, we stay late. If it’s quiet, we close up early. It’s a very simple way of doing things, and it works for us. If you’re ever walking through the city, you’ll likely come across our little workplace. We’ve been here for many years and we just keep on doing our daily tasks as they come.
