Painter Babu Bhai

Painter Babu Bhai is located at 95 A in Indra Colony. We aren't hard to find if you are wandering through the colony. You can usually tell it's us by the faint smell of paint or the ladders leaning against the wall near the entrance. The shop is small and full of cans of all different colors. There isn’t much room for anything else, but we manage. We spend most of our time out on jobs, so the shop is often quiet during the day. When we are there, we’re usually mixing colors or cleaning our brushes. Indra Colony is a nice neighborhood to work in. It has its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that over the years. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure to show people. Our work is right there on the walls of the houses around here. If someone wants to know what we do, they just look at the neighbor’s fence or front door. We keep things simple and don't make promises we can't keep. It's a messy job sometimes, and we usually have a bit of paint on our clothes by the end of the shift. We don't mind. It shows we’ve been working. It's a local business run by local people who just want to do a decent job for the folks living nearby. We just keep painting.
