About Pintu Aremichar Riwaiding Master – Art & Craft in Pali
Down here on Mandia Road, things are always moving fast, especially being so close to Baliya School. You can hear the kids shouting during their break while we’re busy inside the shop. Pintu Aremichar Riwaiding Master has been our little workspace for a while now. Most of the time, our hands are covered in grease or we're tangled up with copper wire. Rewinding motors isn't the cleanest job, but it’s what we do day in and day out. People bring us all sorts of broken fans and pumps that have seen better days. We take them apart on the big wooden table, find where the wire burnt out, and start over. It takes a bit of patience to get it right. Some days are quieter than others, where we can just sit and focus on a single piece. Other days, everyone seems to have something broken at the same time. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything, just the workshop and our tools. Sometimes the lights flicker when we’re testing something heavy, but that’s just part of the routine. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively. It’s a simple life here near the school. We just try to make sure that when someone picks up their machine, it actually works again. It’s not about being the biggest shop, just about staying busy and doing the job right. We like the neighborhood and the people around here.
