Oswal Food Product is located at number 17 in V D S Nagar. It’s a residential-turning-commercial kind of area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main market or the industrial zones. We like it this way. It gives us a bit more room to breathe while we work on our food products. The shop itself is simple. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back checking on the batches or out front talking to a delivery driver. We’ve been at V D S Nagar for several years now. It’s a nice community, and most of the neighbors know what we do. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Usually, people find out about us from their friends or family. We think that’s the best way to do things anyway. We try to keep the place clean and organized, but it’s a working kitchen and warehouse, so there’s always something going on. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait it out, but that’s just life in this city. We aren't trying to be a giant company. We just want to make decent food products and keep the business running smoothly. It’s a small team here, and we all do a bit of everything, from packing to cleaning to taking orders. We keep the doors open and just stay busy.
