Narsingh Fast Food

If you go to the Old Bus Stand, you will see Narsingh Fast Food right there near the main gate. It is a loud place because of the old engines and the conductors shouting out the destinations all day. We have to work fast because most of our customers are trying to catch a bus and they don't have time to wait. I often get orders shouted at me while someone is already walking away toward their platform. The space is small and it gets quite smoky from the frying, but that's just how it is at a bus stand. We have a few stools but they are usually wobbly because the ground isn't perfectly flat there. I've been working here for a while now and I know the bus schedule better than the station master does. When a bus is delayed, we get a big crowd all at once and it gets a bit chaotic. We run out of napkins constantly and the trash bin fills up fast. It’s not the quietest place to work, but I like watching all the different people passing through. Some stay for ten minutes and some just grab something through the window. We don't have a printed menu, just whatever is ready on the counter that day. It is a busy, messy, and honest way to make a living.
