Murli Kirana Store

Murli Kirana Store is right on Mandia Road in the Anand Nagar area. We are at house number 34 if you are looking for the exact spot. It is a regular neighborhood shop where we sell all the daily things families need. We have big sacks of rice and flour sitting on the floor. On the shelves, you will find soaps, oils, and packets of biscuits. The shop opens early because people need milk and bread before they go to work. Anand Nagar is a quiet place mostly, but Mandia Road stays busy with bikes and autos. We spend a lot of time weighing out lentils or sugar for customers. We use a small scale on the counter that has been with us for years. Sometimes kids come in after school to buy small candies or chips. We know most of the people who live in the streets around here. It is nice to chat while we pack their bags. The space is a bit tight when more than three people come in at once. We have to keep restocking the shelves every few days so we don't run out.
