Mataji Fancy General Store

This little shop sits on Sardar Samand Road at number 9. We carry a bit of everything, from daily household items to those small things you realize you forgot at the last minute. It gets busy in the evenings when people are heading home and need to grab something quick for dinner or the house. The shelves are packed pretty tight, so sometimes you have to look twice to find exactly what you are after. We try to keep a good variety so folks do not have to travel too far into the city for basic stuff. It is a family-run kind of place, so you might see different faces behind the counter depending on the time of day. Sometimes the cat wanders in from the back, and the radio is usually playing something low in the background. It isn't a big supermarket, just a local general store where people stop to chat for a minute while they pay. We know most of the neighbors and what they usually come in for.
