Marwari Mirchi Dhamka

We are located over at Housing Board 312. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets, but we still stay busy. The name Marwari Mirchi Dhamka tells you a bit about what we do. We handle a lot of chili and spicy stuff. Our workspace isn't very large. It’s basically a couple of rooms where we process everything. You can see the crates stacked up against the walls. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, someone will just walk out from the back to see what you need. Usually, our hands are stained from the spices. It’s just how it is. We’ve lived in this area for years, so the neighbors don't mind the smell of roasting peppers too much. We don't have a marketing plan or any big goals to expand into a mall. We just like making our products and selling them to the local shops and people who stop by. Sometimes we run out of stock because a batch didn't turn out right, and we just tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s a very human way of doing things. No polish, no corporate talk. Just some people working in a house turned into a small business. We keep the lights on and the grinders moving as long as there is work to do for the day.
