Laxmikant

Living and working here in the Housing Board area, specifically at 1 C 4, is pretty quiet most of the time. This place, Laxmikant, is really just a small setup we’ve had for years. It’s tucked away in a corner where the neighbors all know each other. You won’t see any big neon signs or anything like that here. We just have our space where we handle things as they come. The building itself is an older one, typical for this part of the Housing Board. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the numbering around here is a bit confusing for new drivers. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back room while we go through the daily tasks. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We like to take things slow and make sure whatever we are doing is done right the first time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't quite gotten around to it yet. Most people who come by are regulars or folks from the nearby blocks who just walk over. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We keep our records in some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them. It’s just a simple life here at 1 C 4, and that’s exactly how we prefer to keep it.
