Engineer

Our work is based out of the Ambuja Cements Limited unit in Rabriyawas. It is located in the Jaitaran Tehsil within the Pali district of Rajasthan. Being part of this industrial area means we are right in the middle of where things are actually being built and moved. Our name on the gate is just Engineer because that is what our role is here at the site. It is a dusty and busy place most days but that is the nature of working near a cement plant. We spend our time checking on systems and making sure the technical side of the operation is holding up. The office is pretty basic and it gets a lot of use since we are always coming and going. You won't find any fancy rugs or soft chairs here. It is all about durability and having a place to lay out a blueprint. We’ve been out here in Rabriyawas for quite some time and we are used to the heat and the pace of the work. It is a long way from the big cities but there is plenty to keep us busy every single day. We don't really do much besides the engineering work so we don't have much to say about marketing or anything like that. We just focus on the machines and the structures that need our attention.
