Kusum Lata Panwar

We’ve been here at Zarda Bazar 51 for a while now. It’s a busy spot and sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit much, but we like being right in the middle of everything. Kusum Lata Panwar is just us doing what we do every day. Most mornings start with unlocking the door and checking what needs to be handled first. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we work and talk to people who come by. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. People usually know where to find us if they need something. We don't spend much time on social media or making big advertisements because most of our work comes from people who already know who we are. It’s a bit dusty because of the market location, but that’s just how it is here. We keep the books, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure things get done without too much fuss. It feels like home after all these years. You learn which tea stall makes the best chai and which neighbor is going to stop by for a chat. It’s a simple way of running things and we don't plan on changing it much. Just showing up and putting in the hours is what matters to us in the end.
