About Krishna Chaat Corner – Food & Beverages in Pali
Station Road is always busy, and Krishna Chaat Corner sits right there near Manthan Studio 15. It gets pretty loud with all the traffic and people heading to the station, but we are used to it. We spend most of our afternoon chopping onions, boiling potatoes, and getting the tamarind water ready for the evening. When the sun starts to go down, that is when the real rush begins. Folks finishing work stop by for a quick plate of chaat. We don't have a lot of seating, so most people just stand around the counter or eat near their scooters. It is a simple setup, just the way a chaat shop should be. We keep the spices balanced, though some regulars always ask for extra green chili. The floor gets a bit messy when it’s busy, but we try to sweep it whenever there is a quiet moment. We’ve been at this spot for a while, right near the studio. It’s funny seeing the same faces every day, knowing exactly what they’re going to order before they even say a word. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. If you want a snack, you just come down to Station Road. The plates are steel, the water is cold, and we just keep serving until the containers are empty. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late night.
