If you go opposite Rohitgarh Village in Rohit, you’ll find us. Keshav Handmade Embroidery & Leathercrafts is located right there. It’s a quiet spot, away from the noise of the big cities. We work with our hands mostly. You can usually hear the sound of needles passing through fabric or the dull thud of tools on leather. The air around here feels different than in the city. We have a lot of scrap leather and thread lying around the workshop. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we like it. The village life is slow, and our work reflects that. We don’t rush through things. Each piece takes as long as it takes. Sometimes we sit outside if the weather is good, working under the shade. It’s a very basic setup—just some sturdy tables, good light, and our tools. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and the people in Rohit know us well. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the workshop where we spend our days. Visitors sometimes stop by when they’re passing through the village. We show them the leather we’re tanning or the patterns we’re stitching. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from dawn till dusk. We don't use big machines here; it's mostly just manual labor and patience. That’s just the way it’s done at our place opposite the village.
