If you come down to Sindhi Colony, you'll find us at 45-B. That’s where Adwanis Dance Point is. It’s a simple space we’ve set up for people who just want to move. We don’t have those fancy mirrors that cover every single wall, or a high-end sound system that shakes the whole building. It’s just a good, solid floor and some speakers that get the job done. We started this because we liked dancing and thought the neighborhood could use a place for it. On any given afternoon, you’ll hear music thumping through the walls—usually a mix of whatever is popular and some older stuff we still like. The kids from the colony come by after school, and later on, we get the adults who want to get some exercise. It gets a bit sweaty and crowded in there, especially during the summer, but nobody seems to mind much. We don't do big competitions or anything like that. We just focus on getting the steps right and having a bit of a laugh while we do it. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we aren't strict about uniforms or anything. Just show up in something comfortable and be ready to move around. It’s been a part of the community for a while now, and we’re happy to keep the music going as long as people keep showing up. It is just a local spot for people to enjoy themselves.
