People around Panchal Nagar know our shop in Vaibhav Apartment. It’s shop number 14. We started this place because everyone kept asking for help with their machines. Most days it’s just me and a couple of others here. We see a lot of broken screens and laptops that just won't start up anymore. Nallasopara West can get pretty busy, and people usually drop things off on their way home. It isn't a huge place, just a simple counter and some shelves for parts. We keep a lot of cables and keyboards in the back. Sometimes the fan makes a noise, but it works. Usually, someone brings in a PC full of dust and we have to clean it out. It’s dusty work, but it keeps things running. We don’t have fancy chairs or coffee for customers, just a wooden bench. Most people just want their stuff fixed fast. We try to get through the pile of repairs by the end of the day. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small shop like this one. We’ve been here for a while now. Some folks come back just to say hello or ask a quick question about a phone. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood.
