Our office is situated in Mira Road East, which is part of the Thane district. We’re in Flat C 102 of Vaibhav Park, which sits right behind the Raymond Shop on the Mira Bhayander Road. It’s a very convenient spot because the main road is so close, but being in the park makes it a little quieter. This location for Valecha Engineering Ltd is essentially a residential flat that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make our own tea and a main room where all the desks are pushed together. It’s not the kind of place that has a big corporate logo on every wall. We just have our computers, a printer that sometimes acts up, and shelves full of project folders. The team here is pretty small, and we’ve gotten to know each other well over the months. We deal with all the engineering coordination for the local projects from here. Outside, the Mira Bhayander Road is always humming with traffic, so there’s always a way to get wherever we need to go. We like the fact that it’s not a stiff or formal environment. We can just focus on the engineering details and get the job done. It’s a practical, local office for us, and it works perfectly for what we need to do every day without any unnecessary polish or pretense.
