We are located over at D-402 in the Olympia building, right in the Royal Complex at Mira Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the Poonam Sagar area. The office is usually filled with papers, blueprints, and half-empty tea cups. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street, though the traffic near the sector opposite us is always loud. We spend our hours looking over technical details and talking to people about their projects. It is a lot of desk work and looking at things on a screen. Sometimes we have to head out to sites, but a lot happens right here in this room. The building has that typical Thane feel to it. It’s a bit cramped with all the files we keep, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where the work happens. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many formal rules. We just show up, see what needs to be consulted on, and get to it. The rain during monsoon makes the commute to Mira Road (E) a bit of a mess, but we still make it in. We just focus on the engineering side of things and let the rest take care of itself.
