Tempo Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. 126. We are in the Top Syringe Compound, which is right along the Western Express Highway in Mira Road East. Being so close to the highway is useful, though the noise is something you just have to live with. The compound has a few different businesses, but we have our own space where we handle all the instrument work. It’s a practical setup. We have a lot of tools and equipment scattered around, and the office part is really just tucked into one corner. We don't have a reception desk or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see someone busy at a workbench. We like it that way because it keeps the focus on the actual instruments we are working on. The team here is small and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't really have departments in the usual sense; we just all pitch in where it is needed. Mira Road East has grown a lot since we first moved into this plot. It’s a lot more crowded now, but we still have our own little corner in the compound. We don't use any fancy corporate language. We just talk about the work and how to get it done. It’s a simple, hardworking place, and we are fine with that. We just keep doing what we know how to do here.
