Our workspace is located in the Surya Darshan building, which is part of the Sai Bhoomi layout in Mira Road East. We are up on the fourth floor in unit B/401. It’s right behind Ramdev Park, so there’s usually a lot of people walking around and kids playing nearby. Mira Road is always energetic, and our office reflects that. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in, but we like the closeness. It makes it easier to ask questions without having to send an email. We don’t have any of those glass partitions or private cabins. Everyone just sits together. We do a lot of info-tech work, mostly just solving problems as they come up. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a kettle and some instant packets. The building itself is older, and the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own. We’ve been here for a bit now and the place feels like a second home. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and build things. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes the office gets cluttered with hardware and cables. But we know where everything is. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs doing, someone just does it. That’s how we've always operated and it seems to work fine for us.
