Sweety Pepsi

Our place, Sweety Pepsi, is located at 13/B in the Supari Wala Compound. It sits right behind the Sai Plaza Garden over in Mira Road East. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking for the compound entrance, as it is tucked away from the main road. The area is usually filled with the sound of traffic and people going about their business. Inside the compound, it is a bit quieter, but we are always busy with the crates and the cooling units. We handle soft drinks, so we are surrounded by stacks of bottles and the hum of the refrigeration. The space is mostly a warehouse with some basic office space sectioned off with plywood walls. It isn't a place for meetings or looking professional; it's a place for moving product. We spend a lot of time loading up the small tempos that take the drinks out to the local shops. The floor is usually a bit damp from the ice or the condensation, so you have to watch your step. In the afternoons, when the sun is hitting the roof, it gets pretty hot inside, so we take breaks in the shade of the garden wall nearby. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their job. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop and the deliveries we make every day to keep the local stores stocked up.
