Spice N Wise

You can find Spice N Wise over at Goyal Plaza on Mira Road. We are in the A Wing, unit 702. We’re pretty close to Tunga Hospital, which is the main landmark most people use to find us. The office is up on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood. It’s a busy building with a lot of different businesses coming and going. We deal with spices and food-related things. Sometimes the whole office smells like cumin or black pepper because of the samples we have lying around. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work with shelves packed to the ceiling. We started this because we saw a need for better quality stuff in the local market. It’s just a small group of us working here. We spend a lot of time checking orders and talking to suppliers. The desks are always covered in manifests and shipping labels. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have a tea kettle that’s always on and some mismatched chairs for when people visit. Mira Road is a good spot for us since it’s easy for deliveries. We just try to stay organized and keep our customers happy with what we send out. It’s a basic operation but we put in the effort every day. Some days are slow and others we are swamped with shipments.
