Solidarity Technocarts Private Limited

Our business is located in Bhayander East on Talao Road. We are in the B-wing of the Balakrishna Lila building, room 208. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. The area is 401107 in Thane. It’s a lively part of the city. We have a small sign on the door, but inside it’s just a functional workspace. We call ourselves Solidarity Technocarts, which is a long name for a small group of people. We handle various technical jobs. There’s no big corporate office feel here. We have some old desks and plenty of power strips for all our equipment. We usually have a window open to catch a breeze, though it gets noisy from the street below. We don't have a human resources department or big training programs. We just learn as we go and help each other out when someone gets stuck. Most of us have been working together for years. We eat our lunch at our desks most days. We don't do much self-promotion. We just rely on the work we’ve done before. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup. We focus on getting the technical details right so the projects actually work. That’s really all there is to it. We show up, do the work, and head home to Thane. It is a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
