You can find us at 111 in Indira Market over in Bhayander East. We are right on Station Road, so it is always busy with people coming and going from the trains. If you get lost, just look for Ashokraj Electronics because we are directly opposite them. Being in a market area means there is never a dull moment. There is always noise from the street and people shouting, but that is just how business is done here. We handle a lot of different things related to travel, mostly because people keep coming in asking for help with their trips. The shop isn't very large, so things can get a bit crowded when two or three families show up at the same time. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk. My family has been around this area for a while, and we decided to set this up to help locals with their bookings. We don't use any big computers or fancy systems, just what works for us to get the job done. Often, we are still here late in the evening because someone needs a last-minute ticket or has a problem with their bus. It is a lot of work, but being right by the station means we see a lot of friendly faces every day. We just try to be helpful whenever someone walks in. The ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the air moving at least.
