Our office is in Nallasopara East, right in the Mahavir Krupa Apartment on Station Road. Being so close to the station is actually really helpful because of the commute in the Thane area. We are in A/303, and it’s a pretty simple setup. There are a few of us here working on software solutions for different people. It’s not the kind of place with a lobby or a sign out front. You just come up to the third floor and find us. The apartment is mostly filled with families, so it’s a quiet building during the day while everyone is at work. We have a couple of rows of desks and some whiteboards that are usually covered in messy handwriting and diagrams. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or work on what we can. It’s a very local feel here. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and usually get our afternoon tea from the same spot every day. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk across the room when something needs doing. It’s a practical way to work without all the extra fluff you see in the bigger cities. We just keep our heads down, write our code, and try to make sure everything works like it's supposed to.
