We are located in the Sukanchan Co-op Society. Our office is C 109. It’s on the Tulinj Virar Road in Nallasopara. The Palghar area is always growing, so there is always some construction or something happening nearby. Being in a residential society makes the office feel a bit more like home. It’s quiet compared to the main road, which is nice. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets. The light in the morning is quite good from the window. We mostly just drink water and tea while we work. It’s not a place with glass walls or shiny floors. We have some plants in the corner that we sometimes forget to water. Most of us have been working together for a bit. We know the local shopkeepers around the building. If we need something, we just walk down. The commute can be a bit of a pain during the monsoon, but we manage. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide solutions from this small room. The internet can be temperamental sometimes, but that’s just part of the deal here. We share the building with families, so you hear kids playing in the evenings. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have meetings about meetings. We just sit down, see what needs to be finished, and get to it. It’s a simple way to run things.
