R J Mishra is based out of 108 Mohhmadwadi Road in Bhayander East. It’s a lively neighborhood to be in, and we’ve been part of it for a good while now. Our office is a straightforward space. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the basics like computers, a printer that sometimes jams, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing. We spend our day managing various tasks that come our way. Most of the time it’s just us sitting around the main table, going through documents or talking to people on the phone. We don't use any complicated systems; we just write things down and make sure they get done. The building itself is older, and the walk up can be a bit tiring in the heat, but we don't mind. We know the shopkeepers downstairs and the people in the nearby offices. It feels like a little community on Mohhmadwadi Road. We don't have a mission statement or any big goals other than doing a decent job for whoever we are helping. We keep our hours regular, though sometimes we get a bit behind when the workload picks up unexpectedly. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small operation. We focus on being steady and showing up every morning to do the work that’s waiting for us on the desk.
