Parle Global Technologies Pvt.Ltd. is based in the Shripal Industrial Estate, right in Building No.3. If you are looking for us, we are tucked behind Varun Industries on Waliv Road. It is a typical industrial area, so the roads are often bumpy and full of big vehicles. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense place where we do a lot of the technical assembly and engineering tasks. It can get pretty loud in the workshop when all the tools are running at once. We don't have any decorative plants or fancy art on the walls. It is all about the machinery and the parts we are putting together. Most of the staff here have grease on their hands or dust on their shirts by the end of the shift. We aren't a corporate office with a lot of rules about what to wear; we just wear what is comfortable for the work. We take our breaks in a small room at the back, usually sharing whatever snacks people brought from home. It is a steady environment where everyone knows their role. We have a lot of long-standing employees who have seen the company grow over the years. We don't spend much time on meetings or big presentations. We just look at the blueprints, pick up our tools, and get to work on the projects we have lined up for the month. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere every single day.
