Innovative Works

Innovative Works is located right in the Pandurang Shrushti building, specifically in B-003. It's a residential society area, so it's usually pretty calm around here during the day. We have been operating from this ground floor space for some time now. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need. Most of our day is spent handling different tasks that come our way. We don't have a big reception or anything like that, just the main work area and a few tables. If you walk past, you might see us through the window just getting on with things. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes with papers and equipment, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Usually, it's just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us trying to get the job done right. Sometimes the building maintenance happens and we have to deal with the water being shut off or something, but that's just part of being in a society. We've got our routine down now. We show up, check what needs doing, and stay until the list is finished. It’s practical work. No big fancy meetings or long presentations here. Just a simple setup where we can focus on the daily stuff without too much distraction from the outside world. It’s quiet and it works for us.
