Ocho Ventures Private Limited is located over in Virar West, specifically in the Mayfair Virar Gardens complex. Our office is in the Jasvand building, unit 4/206. If you know the area, we are right by Kharodi Naka on Agashi Road. It is a decent spot to work from because there is usually some life around the building but it is not as crazy as being right in the middle of Mumbai. We spend most of our days here just getting through our tasks and keeping things moving. The building itself is easy to find once you get onto Agashi Road. We have been here for a bit now and have gotten used to the local rhythm. Sometimes the traffic at the Naka can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but that is just part of being in this part of town. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our desks set up and we just do our work without making a big fuss about things. It is a practical space that serves its purpose for what we need to get done every day. Most of us live nearby or commute in from other parts of Thane district. We do not have any fancy lobbies or anything like that. It is just a regular office space in a residential-commercial type of complex where people are busy with their own lives and businesses. We like the neighborhood because you can find a good tea stall or a snack place just by walking a few minutes.
