Nitesh Shah Co operates out of Room B 306 in the Lovely Palace Chsl. This is on Cabin Cross Road in Bhayandar East, which is part of the Thane district. It’s a residential area, so our office feels more like a home than a sterile business environment. We’ve been here for several years now. The building is one of those typical cooperative housing societies where everyone knows each other. We handle our business dealings from this third-floor space. It’s mostly paperwork, phone calls, and meetings with people who live or work nearby. Bhayandar East is a crowded place, especially around the station area, but Cabin Cross Road is a bit more tucked away. We like the quiet because it lets us focus on the work. We don't have a huge staff or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time. The office is packed with ledgers and old records. It’s not a fancy place, but it serves us well. We just show up every morning, open the windows to let the breeze in, and start the day’s work. There is no mystery to what we do. We just run a straightforward company and try to stay organized in a busy world. It’s a simple life for a small Thane business. We like the routine and the familiar faces we see around the building every day while we work.
