We have been running things here at Plot No-201 in the Janki Presidency building for quite some time now. Our spot is right on 90 Feet Road in Bhayandar West, which is usually pretty busy with people going back and forth. Being so close to S.L Porwal School means we see a lot of students and parents walking by every single day. We are just a small group of people who handle computer repairs and other IT tasks that people in the neighborhood need help with. It is not a very fancy place, honestly. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and usually a fair amount of cables and parts scattered around while we work. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a while. We started this because we knew a bit about computers and saw that folks nearby didn't have many places to go when their laptops stopped working or their internet was acting up. We don’t really do big marketing or have a polished sales pitch. We just take the machines in, see what is wrong, and try to get them back to people as fast as we can. Sometimes we are waiting on parts for a week, and other times we can fix things in an hour. It just depends on the day and what walks through the door. We’re just local people trying to do a decent job for other locals.
