Our workshop is located at the Jay Vailankanni Industrial Estate, right near the Tirupati Gas Compound and the railway crossing on Kashimira Road. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to Bhayander East, but this is where the work happens. Being near the railway crossing means we hear the trains go by all day long. We have a decent-sized space in unit 19 where we handle all our engineering and contracting jobs. It’s not a clean environment; there’s dust from the road and the sound of tools being used constantly. We are a hands-on crew. We don't spend much time in a fancy office because we are usually out on the floor or at a site. The office part is just a small corner with a desk and a few chairs for when we need to do the billing. We’ve been doing this for a while now and we know the area well. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. We just show up and do the engineering work that people ask for. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially when the weather is bad or supplies are delayed, but we just keep going. We are just regular people working in a busy industrial hub. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job before the weekend starts.
