Jones Lang Lasalle Meghraj runs things out of our office in Thane, specifically over at Gayathri Dham in Pleasant Park. It is right on the Mira-Bhayandar Road, so the traffic can be a real headache some mornings when we are trying to get in. Mira Road is a busy area and being in C-302 means we are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We handle a lot of different things related to property and real estate around here. It is a bit of a mix of big-city business and local neighborhood feel. We aren't a huge team in this specific office, so you usually end up talking to the same few people every time you call or stop by. The office itself is pretty standard for the area, nothing too flashy, just desks and stacks of files. We spend a lot of time out on the road looking at different sites or meeting people across the district. Thane is growing fast and there is always some new building going up or someone looking for space. We try to keep up with the changes on Mira-Bhayandar Road as best as we can. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls throughout the day. People know us by the name on the door, but we really just operate like any other local business trying to make things work in a crowded city. We’ve been at this spot for a bit now and know the local shortcuts.
