We are located in Building Number 14, in Flat 001. This is in the 401105 area of Mumbai, which is a bit further out from the main city center. It’s a very straightforward setup. We use a flat as our office because it works for us and it keeps things simple. We do real estate and property work under the Cb Richard Ellis South Asia Pvt. Ltd name here. Since we are on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We don't have a big lobby or a security guard at a desk. It’s just a door and then you are in our workspace. We have a few desks pushed together and some chairs for visitors. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels very calm compared to the middle of Mumbai. We hear kids playing outside sometimes and the sound of people going about their daily lives. Our team is small, and we handle everything ourselves, from answering the phones to going out to check on buildings. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to be helpful and get the paperwork right for the people we work with. It is a humble place, but we get a lot done from this little flat. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s not something we worry about much.
