If you walk up to the first floor of Lucky Palace, that’s where you’ll find our space. It’s right on Vasai Road West, which is always busy with people going to and from the station. Being right next to the State Bank of India helps because everyone knows where that is. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need. There’s a lot of paper and old invoices sitting on the desk. Sometimes the printer acts up, and the air conditioner makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the room cool enough while I’m working on a motherboard. I usually start the day early before the traffic on Vasai Road gets too loud. It’s a good spot because of the light coming in from the front window. You can see the people rushing into the bank all morning. We have some shelves lined with spare parts and boxes that I haven't had the time to move. It’s not the most organized place, but I know where every screw and driver is hidden. People from the neighborhood pop in just to ask a quick question or to see if their laptop is ready. I don't use much fancy equipment, just the basic tools that have worked for years. It’s a simple setup for a simple job. Most days pass by quickly when there are enough repairs to keep my mind occupied.
