M3 Kitchen And Spices Llp is on the ground floor of Rajdeep Society. We are in the Naupara area, which is a great spot to be. If you know where Mallar Cinema is, then you are very close to us. Being in a residential society like Rajdeep means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we try to keep things organized and not too noisy. Our space is mostly taken up by kitchen equipment and various spices that we work with daily. It’s a bit cramped sometimes because we have so much stuff, but we know where everything is. We chose Naupara because it’s central and easy for people to get to. The cinema nearby always has people hanging around, so there’s a lot of energy in the air. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us who really care about what we are doing. We spend a lot of time testing out different spice mixes and making sure the quality is what we expect. We don't have any polished marketing brochures. Most people find out about us because they live in the society or saw our sign while going to a movie. It’s a practical, local operation and we like it that way. We just keep doing our thing every day and that seems to work out for us and everyone else involved.
