Kwality Makers Snack Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Village Nagle, specifically at Survey No.53, Hissa No.2. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here near Post Kaman, but it’s where we do all our work. We make snacks, which is a busy job that keeps us on our feet most of the day. The facility is set up in a way that’s practical for cooking and packing. It’s not a polished corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a working site. You can usually smell what we’re making from the road. We have a small crew of workers from the local area who help us get everything done. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have a big order to finish, but we usually find a way through it. The village atmosphere is nice, even if the roads are a bit rough for the delivery vans. We don't really have a big story to tell. We just saw an opportunity to make snacks and we went for it. The name on the sign is what we are, and we spend our time making sure the bags are filled and sealed properly. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the heat on the fryers. We just take it one day at a time, making snacks and sending them out to people who like them.
