Ideal Solutions

Ideal Solutions is based in Shanti Nagar, specifically at 002, C-6, Sector 6. This is over in Mira Road East, part of the Thane district under the 401107 code. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for anyone to find us without having to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs. It’s actually an old residential block that’s been converted for business use. Because of that, it feels more like a home than a cold office. We have a few rooms where we set up our equipment and desks. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or people talking in the hallways. It’s a bit different from being in a high-rise building. We handle various solutions for the people who reach out to us. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us doing the work and answering the phone when it rings. Mira Road has grown a lot lately, but our corner of Sector 6 stays pretty much the same. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic, but they work fine for us. We spend our days troubleshooting and getting through the list of things to do. It’s a humble place, and we’re quite alright with that. We just focus on what’s in front of us every day.
