We’re out at J-77/4 in the MIDC area of Tarapur. Since it’s an industrial zone, it’s not the most scenic place, but it’s where all the action is for the kind of work we do. There are factories and workshops all around us, so there’s a lot of noise and movement during the day. Our office is a very functional space. We don’t have any fancy furniture or decorations. It’s all about the projects here. We have desks for the planning and paperwork, but a lot of the real work involves technical things that happen elsewhere or in the back. The MIDC can be a bit dusty and loud with all the trucks passing by, but we’ve been here long enough that we don't really notice it anymore. We aren't a big corporate office with a lot of rules. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle technical projects. Most days involve a lot of coordinating with vendors and checking on progress. We keep our files organized, but the desks are usually covered in drawings and notes. It’s a practical setup for people who like to get their hands dirty. We don't have a receptionist; if you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working. We just focus on getting the jobs done right and on time. There’s no marketing fluff here, just the daily grind of project work in Tarapur.
