Hardnet Computech Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Shop No. 11 in Crystal Plaza. You can find us on Station Road in Mira Road East, which is over in the Thane district. It’s a busy area, especially with the station so close by. People are always rushing past. Our shop isn't huge, but it's enough space for the computers and parts we keep in stock. We've been in Crystal Plaza for a few years now. The commute for us isn't too bad, which is nice. We handle a lot of different computer-related things during the day. Sometimes the internet acts up in the building, which is annoying given our name, but we manage. We aren't a giant corporation, even though the "Pvt. Ltd." makes it sound official. It's just a small team of us working here. We know most of the other shop owners in the plaza. Usually, someone drops in with a broken laptop or needs a cable, and we see what we can do. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan running constantly. Dealing with hardware is what we know best. We don't spend much time on fancy displays. The shelves are mostly full of boxes and tools. If you’re coming from the station, it’s just a short walk. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone who comes through the door. It’s just how we run things here on Mira Road.
