Estate & Insurance Consultant

We spend most of our time here at the office in Kanchan Janga Tower on Pillappa Lane. It is a busy spot in Bhayander East and there is always something going on outside our window. People stop by to talk about their property papers or ask about different insurance plans they heard about. We started Estate & Insurance Consultant because we knew the area well and people kept asking us for help with their paperwork. It is not a very big place, just enough room for a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise but we got used to it. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking documents to make sure everything is right for the next person coming in. We don't really do much fancy stuff here. It is just about getting the work done so people can get their house sorted or their family covered. The rain can get pretty heavy around here in the monsoon and the lane gets a bit muddy, but we are still open. If you are walking down Pillappa Lane you will probably see our sign. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with estates and insurance can be confusing for a lot of folks so we just sit down and go through it page by page. It takes time, but that is just how it goes when you want to be careful with these things. We have been here for a few years now and most of our neighbors know where to find us when they have a question.
