We are based in Bhayander East, right near the Kothrud Depot at G/302. Div Addict Web Solutions Pvt Ltd is a bit of a mouthful, so we usually just call ourselves the team. The office is a small space that we’ve made our own over the years. It’s tucked away in a building that has seen better days, but inside it’s perfectly fine for what we need. We focus on web stuff, so there are always lots of browser tabs open on every screen. The area around the depot is always moving, with buses coming and going all the time. It gives the place a bit of energy. Our office is a mix of old furniture and new computers. We don’t care much for decor as long as the internet is fast. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get a bit of air. Working in Bhayander is good because it’s a bit more relaxed than the city center. We know the people in the other offices nearby and we say hello in the hallway. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values hanging on the walls. We just try to write clean code and make websites that actually work. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we just get on with it every day. Most of us take the local transport to get here and we usually eat together around the big table in the middle.
