Cremoso Ice Cream

Cremoso Ice Cream is located at Plot No-30, Survey No.106 in the Creative Industrial Estate. We are over in Manichapada, Pelhar, right near National Highway No-3 in Vasai East. It’s a busy industrial zone, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise from the highway and the other units. We’ve been here for a few years now. The space we have is mostly taken up by our production equipment and the cold storage rooms. It’s not a retail shop where you’d come to sit down, it’s more of a production hub. We spend our days making the batches and getting them ready for the trucks. Vasai is a big area, and being near the highway makes it easier for us to get things moved around. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the maintenance of the machines. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves on the fly. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just have a few people who know how to run the equipment. It gets hot in the factory despite the ice, so we try to keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward business. We make the product, pack it up, and send it out. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just work. Most of the time we are just busy checking the inventory.
