Janvi Ice Cream Parlour

If you are ever walking down Ved Road in Vasai East, you might see Janvi Ice Cream Parlour. It’s a simple spot where we keep the freezers running all day and night. Running an ice cream place is mostly about making sure the temperature stays right so nothing melts. We see a lot of families and kids coming in, especially when it gets really hot outside. The floor gets a bit sticky sometimes, but we try to keep it clean. We aren’t a big chain with fancy uniforms. It’s just us serving scoops and making sure people have something cold to eat. Vasai East is a busy area and Ved Road gets a lot of foot traffic. We have a few benches where people sit and talk. Sometimes we run out of a popular flavor and have to explain that to a disappointed customer. That’s just part of the business. We don't have any secret recipes or anything, just the usual stuff people like. It’s a nice way to make a living, seeing people happy with a simple cone. We’ve been at this for a while now. The morning shift is mostly about receiving deliveries and checking the stock. In the evenings, it gets quite crowded and we have to move fast. We just keep the lights on and the ice cream cold for whoever stops by after their dinner.
